More Infinity Ward Employees Leave and Sue Activision

Over the last couple of weeks there has been a continual stream of news of staff leaving Infinity Ward. Latest count is now 25 out.

People mentioned so far:- level designers Kevin Bell and Preston Glenn, and designer Charlie Wiederhold, lead character artist Joel Emslie, weapons artist Ryan Lastimosa, artist Brad Allen, lead programmer Robert Field and HR/recruitment specialist Kristin Cotterell, senior software engineer Chris Lambert and designer Brent McLeod. Some of which have already joined ex IW studio heads Jason West and Vince Zampella, who have setup Respawn Entertainment.

Now news has emerged of more legal action. The Infinity Ward Employee Group (IWEG) are suing publisher Activision for breach of contract, among other things, including failing to pay due bonuses.
