Reconnaissance
Increases the amount of info you spotter plane (radar screen) gives you. Dogs and tanks are shown with can both be utalised, especially if tank hunting. However, probably the most interesting point is it shows where your ennemy has placed his artillery strike.
Note however, this info is only available when your radar is active, which in hardcore is not always the case!
